  • NPO Pakistan in collaboration with APO Japan organized a 12-Day International Training Course on "Development of Productivity Practitioners" from March 27 to April 08, 2017

    National Productivity Organization, Ministry of Industries & Production in collaboration with Asian Productivity Organization organized a 12-Day International Training Program on "Development of Productivity Practitioner" scheduled from March 27 to April 08, 2017 at Islamabad. The objective of the training course is to develop Change Agents on productivity who will act as Catalyst to identify problems & implement solutions for achieving organizational excellence and promote productivity in enterprises and industries after attending this course.

    In the welcome address CEO NPO briefed the Participants regarding NPO strategic direction and mandate to promote productivity and quality consciousness among private, public and service sector organizations. He also appreciated the Asian Productivity Organization efforts with NPO to organize this training course. He emphasis the importance of productivity for economic growth of Pakistan. He shared the examples from regional countries and role of productivity in their development and global ranking improvement.

    Mr. Kelvin Chan from Singapore is the APO chief resource person and Mr. Lizuan Latif APO resource person from Malaysia will be conducted the sessions throughout 12-day training program. Mr. Kelvin Chan gives the introduction about APO and its role in the development of NPO's of 19 member countries in Asia.
