Social Sector plays crucial role in national development. It tends to develop and implement policies, strategies, action programs and projects that would reduce the extent and severity of poverty and improve the overall quality of life in the country. Effective social infrastructure is the key to reach higher levels of sustained economic growth. NPO through its “Social Sector Development Program”, has adopted a strategy of targeting selected rural communities to empower and promote productivity related measures, empowerment of women entrepreneurs through skill development and envisions its objective to enhance the organizational, human capital productivity and quality towards excellence, through knowledge sharing with special focus to capacity building in education sector under its Training of Teachers (TOT) program to suggest suitable measures to improve teachers student relationship, teaching techniques capacity and knowledge of teachers in the institutions both in public and private sector.
