Development of Certified Productivity Specialist

Development of Productivity Specialist (DPS) is the fifth level launched with the mandate to develop “PRODUCTIVITY SPECIALIST” who will act as a change agent and conduits in the industrial setup and in their perspective work environment. The program is designed on the basis of APO’s Productivity Educational Training Accredited Learning System(PETALS)

This training program is designed for the corporate managers, senior managers, CEOs and production related personnel. This program has also been launched in the same pattern in other Asian Countries. This training program produces productivity specialists equipped with all latest and upcoming tools, methods and techniques to enhance the productivity and quality and is based on lectures, case studies, brainstorming, discussion and site visits.

The outcome of DPS program is:

• Increase individual comprehension and retention of information,

• Increase their overall productivity and effectiveness on the job,

• Increase their energy and sense of being highly productive,

• Improve their communication skills and the ways of dealing with subordinates,

• Make them more efficient and quality conscious in their respective field.
